By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our handling of your information as described elsewhere on the site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

2. About this site

This is the official website of Ralph Curtis, the performing name of RALPH FIDALEO MUSIC LLC(“we,” “us,” or “Ralph Curtis”), a singer-songwriter based in Southwest Florida. It is provided for information and promotional purposes — to share music, videos, and photography, to let visitors get in touch, and to give fans an optional way to support the artist. It does not sell merchandise or tickets, and it does not offer user accounts.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You will not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems; scrape or harvest its content in an abusive or automated manner; or misuse the contact form — including for spam, harassment, abuse, or impersonation of any person.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including music, sound recordings, videos, photographs, artwork, logos, and text — is owned by Ralph Curtis or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You are welcome to enjoy this content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or use it commercially without prior written permission.

5. Tips & voluntary support

Any tip or support payment you choose to make is a voluntary gratuity. Tips are non-refundable and provide no goods, services, membership, or other benefit in return. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; this site does not store your card details. Cash App and Venmo are independent third-party services and are governed by their own terms and policies.

You may include a song request with your tip. A song request is not a guarantee that the song will be performed — whether and when any song is played is entirely at Ralph Curtis’s discretion, and tips remain non-refundable regardless of whether a requested song is played.

6. Third-party links & services

This site links to and relies on third-party services such as streaming platforms, social media, payment providers, and Google services (including Google Analytics and Google Search Console). Ralph Curtis does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Bookings & inquiries

Submitting the contact form is a request or inquiry only. It does not create a binding booking, reservation, or contract of any kind. Any engagement or performance is confirmed separately, in writing, between you and Ralph Curtis.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Ralph Curtis does not warrant that the site will be error-free, secure, or available without interruption.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RALPH FIDALEO MUSIC LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — this site.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted here, and your continued use of the site after that means you accept the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, where RALPH FIDALEO MUSIC LLC is based, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
